3. Service Orders & Payments
All bookings must be confirmed via our official channels. Payments are due as agreed in invoices or contracts. We reserve the right to suspend services for late payments.
4. Fire Safety Equipment & Certification
Fire extinguishers supplied are subject to quality checks. Clients must ensure correct use, storage, and maintenance. Certificates are issued only upon full completion of inspection and payment.
5. Training & Certification
Certificates are issued upon successful completion of training and payment. We may withhold certification for incomplete training or non-compliance.
6. Customer Obligations
- Provide accurate information for service delivery.
- Ensure safe access to premises during fumigation or installations.
- Comply with safety instructions from our team.
7. Liability & Indemnity
We provide services with due care but are not liable for indirect losses, delays, or damages beyond our control. Clients must safeguard valuables before services. Clients indemnify Worldison International Ltd. against claims arising from misuse or negligence.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, logos, and images, belongs to Worldison International Ltd. and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Privacy Policy
Personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with unauthorized parties.
10. Termination of Services
We may terminate services if a client breaches terms, fails payment obligations, or poses safety risks.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts or arbitration where applicable.
